2: Can I buy your products online?
Many of our products have very specific applications and sometimes the wrong product is purchased for its intended purpose. We prefer to talk to our customers just to make sure the right product is selected for the right job. Many of our distributors have an on line ordering facility.
3: Are you able to ship internationally?
Yes. We export worlwide for projects. We have shipped products to Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and the Far East. Products are normally exported for specific projects or stock for distributors-we do not participate in tendering. Please do contact us and we will help as best as we can.
4: From the time of order, how long will it take to ship our purchase?
We carry a large amount of stock even on unusual specification products and can usually ship to all UK mainland addresses within 48 hours. The majority of our sales are through our Approved distributors and stockists. In some situations parts needs to be adjusted or ordered in from our European head quarters. We can advise you of this when your order is confirmed.

6: What guarantee do we have when we buy your products?
Of course any and all concerns or orders placed in error will be rectified to the very best of our ability. Normal product warranty is 12 months. Our wall mounted heat meters are guaranteed for 5 years. Should a product fail or arrive damaged you will need to follow our simple and quick 'Resolution Programme' which you will be guided through by a UK based advisor.
